Leeds Street

Leeds Street is in Liverpool city centre and at this service we provide 29 beds of self contained accommodation and 40 en-suite rooms. We provide support in this service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is for people who are homeless and people who may have multiple needs including poor mental health, substance misuse and offending behaviour.

We work in a psychologically informed way which means we consider the individual needs of the people in the service making sure that together we work on what is important to them to get alongside people to create positive sustainable futures.

Ullet and Lister

Lister Road in Kensington and Ullet Road in Toxteth provide 28 beds of accommodation for people who are homeless. The services provide a homely environment with support provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alt Bank House

Alt Bank House is based in Knowsley and at this service we provide 42 beds of self contained accommodation with support. This service is for people who are homeless.

We work in a psychologically informed way, which means we consider the individual needs of the people in the service making sure that together we work on what is important to them to get alongside people to create positive sustainable futures.

Florence House

Florence House is a first step from the street for people who have been rough sleeping. The service offers shared accommodation, psychologically informed support and help to get people the right housing option for their future. OUR House

Our House is a 6 bedroom home in the south of Liverpool providing a safe, hopeful environment for young people in need of stable housing, support and apprenticeships. The service is for people aged 18 to 25.

Dispersed accommodation

We provide almost a hundred units of accommodation across the city region to support people to manage their own tenancy with visiting support from our team. There is a mix of self contained and shared accommodation depending on people’s preference.

We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. As part of this we make public and accessible key policies.
