Leeds Street

Leeds Street is in Liverpool city centre and at this service we provide 29 beds of self contained accommodation and 40 en-suite rooms. We provide support in this service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is for people who are homeless and people who may have multiple needs including poor mental health, substance misuse and offending behaviour.

We work in a psychologically informed way which means we consider the individual needs of the people in the service making sure that together we work on what is important to them to get alongside people to create positive sustainable futures.

Ullet and Lister

Lister Road in Kensington and Ullet Road in Toxteth provide 28 beds of accommodation for people who are homeless. The services provide a homely environment with support provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alt Bank House

Alt Bank House is based in Knowsley and at this service we provide 42 beds of self contained accommodation with support. This service is for people who are homeless.

We work in a psychologically informed way, which means we consider the individual needs of the people in the service making sure that together we work on what is important to them to get alongside people to create positive sustainable futures.

You can be referred to this service via a MainStay assessment through Housing Options in Knowsley.

Outside of these hours, if you have a homeless emergency use the same number 0800 694 0280 and you will be able to speak to an officer, alternatively you can leave a message and an officer will make contact the next working day.

Nightingale House

This service works in partnership with Merseycare providing 20 beds of accommodation in Bootle but supporting people from Sefton, Liverpool and Kirkby who are coming out of hospital following a mental health admission. Through this service we support people to settle back into the community, build up their coping skills and find a suitable long term home.

We work in a psychologically informed way which means we consider the individual needs of the people in the service making sure that together we work on what is important to them to get alongside people to create positive sustainable futures. All referrals for this service come through Merseycare.

OUR House

OUR house is a 6 bedroom home in the south of Liverpool providing a safe, hopeful environment for young men in need of stable housing, support and help to engage in training, education and employment. The service is for people aged 18 to 25.

You can refer yourself to this service or if you have a support worker they can refer you. You can call 0151 600 3530 and ask for Stepping Stones for more information.

Dispersed accommodation

We provide almost a hundred units of accommodation across the city region to support people to manage their own tenancy with visiting support from our team. There is a mix of self contained and shared accommodation depending on people’s preference.
