Chair of Trustees

Mike Barker

Mike became Chair of Trustees in 2020. His role is to support the Board to set the budget and strategic plan for the organisation and ensure the good governance of the charity.

Chief Executive

Ellie McNeil

Ellie has been the Chief Executive since 2014. Her role is to work with the Board of Trustees and Senior Team to oversee the operations of the organisation and fulfil the aims of the strategic plan.

Deputy Chief Executive

Jon Metcalfe

Jon has been in his role since 2016 . Jon has responsibility for the housing provision, nursery and farm. Jon is our Health and Safety Lead.

Director of Strategic Finance

Terry Sweeney

Terry joined the organisation this year and his role is to work with the team to ensure the organisation is financially stable and that we provide the best possible value as a charity and registered social landlord. Terry is our Value for Money Lead.

Director of Homeless Services

Hayley Jones

Hayley has been in her role since 2018. She has responsibility for our services that support people experiencing homelessness. Hayley is our Safeguarding Lead.

Director of HR

Laura Anderton

Laura joined the organisation in 2021. She works with the leadership team to ensure our staff members are supported throughout their time with the organisation. Laura is our Equality and Diversity Lead.

Director of Quality

David Pugh

David has been with the organisation for 15 years, he is responsible for managing MainStay and is the contract lead for our Consortia work across homeless services in Liverpool. David is our Data Lead.
