Subject Access Request

A subject access request (SAR) is a request for access to the personal information that the Organisation holds about you, which we are required to provide under the UK GDPR (unless an exemption applies).

You can make this request by contacting our Data Protection Officer, Ellie McNeil, directly via email (hello@ymcatogether.org.uk) or by completing the electronic form on the right.

You may also submit a request by completing the form offline and either emailing or posting the form to us using the details on the form. The subject access request form can be downloaded by clicking here.
